At Herb Jaan, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our herbal products. Since our products are personal-use health items, we follow a strict no-return policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and will assist you in case of any legitimate issue.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our herbal medicine products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped or opened — even if unused.

This is to ensure:

  • 100% product hygiene
  • Full customer safety
  • Discreet handling without risk of tampering

Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • Your order was never delivered after 10 working days
  • You were wrongly charged or paid but didn’t receive confirmation

Important: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer a refund in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after ordering
  • You are not satisfied with results (effectiveness varies person to person)
  • You entered an incorrect address or contact number
  • You refused to accept the parcel after shipping

How Refunds Are Processed

If your case qualifies:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa
  • Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval
  • We may also offer a product replacement instead of a cash refund in some cases
