Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of our herbal medicine products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped or opened — even if unused.

This is to ensure:

✅ Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong product

📦 Important: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • You refused to accept the parcel after shipping
